INVESTIGATION STATUS: IN PROGRESS
MISSION DETAILS ACQUIRED: TRUE

PRELIMINARY REPORT – SUBJECT TO REVISION
Working Copy – Investigation Ongoing

Multiple explosions occurred across the planet killer wreckage while Starfleet personnel conducted operations to apprehend raiders and secure critical systems. The detonations resulted in structural collapses, injuries, and significant operational disruption.

According to a saved file written by LT ZADE, Didrea, Chief of Security of USS ATHENA, raiders attempted a perimeter breach at 1507 hours. Entry reports that the attempted breach shows signs of premeditation that previous attempts lacked. A successful perimeter breach was reported at 1517 hours in section 16-Alpha of the defense perimeter [see attached schematic]. Thirty-eight transports were identified from the four ships that breached the perimeter, verified by sensor scans from USS ATHENA and USS SPARTAN. Tactical response initiated by LT ZADE, Didrea at 1519 hours, with support provided by USS SPRUANCE and security teams from USS EDISON and USS AURORA already on the surface. Transport coordinates were provided based off of the maximum likelihood for successful transport inside the wreckage, interpreted from sensor readings.

Security teams split into 24 response units to maximise ground coverage. Primary objective was to neutralize the raiders that had transported into the wreckage with intent to detain for questioning. Security teams reported up to 30 raiders transported to the wreckage. During ground operations, squadron sensors detected 27 explosions across the wreckage at 1540 hours, causing structural damage and collapse across the wreckage. 18 of the 24 response units checked in following the explosions. USS AURORA reported activated SOS beacons in officer EV suits, verified by USS EDISON. All officers with SOS beacons activated were successfully recovered. At 1540 hours, another vessel breached the defense perimeter in grid section 12-Gamma, and sensor readings from USS EDISON detected transporter signals, verified by USS VANGUARD. Vessel destroyed before it left the perimeter, but prior to destruction another set of transports were detected by USS ATHENA to vessels on the other side of the perimeter, readings verified by USS EDISON.

Casualty report as of 0837 hours:

USS ATHENA: 2 dead, 5 injured
USS AURORA: 3 dead, 8 injured
USS SPRUANCE: 1 dead, 8 injured
USS EDISON: 6 dead, 1 injured

Of the 30 raiders identified, 18 were neutralized and detained. Four raiders escaped, and the whereabouts of the remaining 8 are unknown. Five response units report losing visual contact with the unaccounted raiders, but no transporter signature was detected by tricorder scans. Efforts to locate the remaining raiders are underway. Analysis is underway to assess if escaped raiders stole anything from the wreckage.

USS SPRUANCE intelligence reported subspace communications between raider ships. Actor KAZIK TUHIN identified in communications records as the primary suspect responsible for the breach. Actor KAZIK TUHIN did not work alone, but the other actor's identity is still unknown. Actor KAZIK TUHIN is still at large, whereabouts unknown. Three raider vessels have left the scene, intentions unknown. Preliminary findings suggest the raid and explosions were deliberately orchestrated by actor KAZIK TUHIN and the unknown actor to disrupt Starfleet operations. Coordination among raiders indicates a high likelihood the raid was premeditated.

Continued investigation and intelligence gathering are required to assess the broader implications of the incident and to confirm primary suspect.

ERROR - ES5_Code_Input required

[ Access granted - Level FIVE Clearance Authorised ]

Behavioral profiling and key ship identifiers documented in PROJECT MOSAIC confirm KAZIK TUHIN is an alias for suspect DARIUS WULFE. Sensor scans from USS SPRUANCE confirm that suspect DARIUS WULFE’s vessel was one of three raider vessels that left the scene. Suspect was not identified amongst the detained, suggesting that suspect DARIUS WULFE has evaded capture. Requesting an order to pursue.
