Physical Description		Oya is small and fiery and definitely not to be messed with. She is often underestimated because of her size, but this mistake has never happened twice by the same person. She has cropped black hair and dark eyes making her even more fierce looking. She loves to run and has been doing so her entire life so has a lean physique, a flat stomach and powerful legs.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Oya grew up with three older brothers in a very spiritual household (like most Bajorans). From the second she could talk she would question everything, her family’s faith, the will of the Prophets, her very existence. She was very competitive with her brothers and hated to lose at anything. She would often get in trouble at school and especially at the temple with the Vedeks. She felt like an outsider amongst her own people as she never fully believed in the Prophets or believed they had the best intentions for Bajor and was never afraid to express that opinion. When it all got too much and she needed to escape her family, she would just run and run for miles, sometimes not coming home for days. At the first opportunity, she left Bajor to join Starfleet.
