| General Overview | Kateyo Fenn is a smart man, too smart for his own good. He often gets bored which leads to him getting into mischief and trouble. Teachers in school and at the Academy used to say he was full of wasted potential, he has the ability to build starships but instead would rather prank the sonic showers and get a laugh from his friends. Kateyo loves attention, and isn’t afraid to admit it. He will do almost anything for the jokes, even at the risk of getting into trouble with his superiors. He nearly didn’t make it through the Academy but luckily there were enough instructors who believed he had what it took to be a great Starfleet officer, with the right encouragement. | |
